Students will learn how to customize their reports including using functions and parameters, conditional formatting, exporting reports, using Crystal Dictionary and queries, and more.

Crystal Reports: Level 1 (or equivalent experience)

Inserting formula fields
Working with functions including date functions and string functions
Creating and working with parameter fields
Using conditional statements and the Highlighting Expert
Exporting reports and viewing a report with your browser
Using SQL Designer and SQL Expert
Using Format Sections, the Section Expert and Underlying Sections
