Students will learn the basic skills necessary to begin effectively creating presentations.
Windows 9x/2000: Level 1 (or equivalent experience)
- Identify screen components and navigate through a presentation
- Create and edit Title and Bullet text slides
- Use the PowerPoint Help utility
- Use drawing tools to create a slide
- Incorporate clip art and WordArt objects into a slide
- Add text objects to a slide as well as to graphic objects
- Create and edit data-driven charts using Microsoft Graph (Bar, line, pie, area)
- Change the overall appearance of your presentation using design templates
- Make global changes to slides using the Slide Masters
- Add notes to a slide
- Print a presentation and change print options
- Basics of creating a slide show
- Use the AutoContent Wizard
