Students will learn how to provide alternative methods to improve data entry and project tracking, extend functionality of the application, and customize Project entities such as views, tables, filters and more.  

• Customize the toolbars and change Project options

• Use forms

• Customize calendars, views, tables, and fields

• Customize filters, reports, and maps

• Create a work breakdown structure

• Modify the critical path

• View slippage and slack

• Display graphic indicators

• Work with resource leveling

• Adjust resource time on the project

• Report progress in the Task Form and Resource Usage view

• Timescale data in Excel

• Earned value and variance analysis
